Examine your chair and see if it is hindering you in seeking relief from your back pain. The same thing goes for your bed, check it for lumps and uneven spots that would cause you from getting a decent nights sleep with good posture.

While the idea of healing back pain permanently seems very attractive, do not get into a hurry to opt for expensive solutions that sound good only in theory.
